Milton Glaser (1929 - 2020) was one of the most celebrated and influential graphic designers of the 20th century. He was a co-founder in 1954 of the revolutionary Pushpin Studio, a collective of artists and designers that changed the course of graphic design in America. He co-founded New York magazine with editor Clay Felker, and created such cultural icons as the rainbow-haired Bob Dylan poster and the I♥️NY logo. His design activities came to encompass magazine art direction, packaging, corporate visual identity, fine art, and store and restaurant design. Glaser was renowned for his award-winning poster designs for many cultural and artistic events in New York City.
